When you submit a request for housing or refer a policyholder, we collect the details you provide — contact information, details about the loss and household, and your insurance and adjuster information if you choose to share it. We never ask for your Social Security number, policy documents, or payment information through our forms.

We use your information to understand your housing needs, to coordinate placement, and to communicate with your insurance adjuster about coverage and approval — only with your permission. We may also contact you by SMS, email, or phone about your request, if you consent.

By checking the consent box on a form, you agree that Restorative Housing Solutions may contact you by SMS, email, or phone about your housing request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us in any message.
